Hello. I wrote a little presentation on my thoughts on being a streamer/vtuber. I've been at this for almost two years and these are some of the most important things I've learned for improving the quality of my work, and I hope that these lessons will improve your work, because your work is my joy.

Very glad to still enjoy "picking up heavy stuff and putting it back down"
We see so many people being constantly on the verge of burnout in the vtuber community, especially those with large followings.
Meanwhile, smaller streamers are constantly demotivated by focusing on numbers. I'm certainly guilty of this.
It actually makes it a bit easier to look at the numbers as tools rather than emotively, which is helpful.
I feel like a community built on authentic interest will always be more robust than one gathered purely on the current hot trend.
The algorithm only speaks in trends!
