the best thing Ballmer ever did (well, maybe a tie with the US Data site he runs now) was to recognise he wasn't the right person to change the Microsoft culture and Satya was; but the whole point of the cartoon was that *all* the tech orgs have weird cultures and Conway the hell out of that

Reminds me of our time at Skyscanner, which was coincident with the release
