The DOJ says they don't have that information -- the "client" hasn't given it to them. Whether they can't or just won't give that information, who knows? But if he's dead, it might be a match in the tinder box.
Why the stalling because they know international community and USA will pop off. All those people were kidnapped and all need to get due process. They will do it to citizen dissenters next because they have in papers that they can take citizens.👹👹👹
Without due process and the opportunity to prove you're a citizen, they already can. SCOTUS tried to put a stop to that, but it's meaningless. "You can't make me," and they're helpless. We need to start looking at broad criminal charges in MD for those who did the deed and chase it up to the top.
Well, we can try, but since there's no means of enforcement of the Constitution now, again, it's meaningless. Just like impeachment. All he has to do is say nope, and they're powerless. The founders expected us to choose people with integrity and honor to lead us. They never anticipated Trump.
I hope if he’s not returned for whatever reason, that his wife sues the government for everything they got. If they can disappear people with no regard to laws, they can do that to any of us.
Actually they already wrote that they can do this to citizens so if he is not accounted for (along with rest) then we are in dictatorship and need to depose according to founding documents.
