Safe Streets folks. Are there any easy tools/ways to add safe streets elements to a photo of a street? As in, "In image A we have the current street. In B we see what it would look like w a raised crosswalk and curb bump out."
PS: I am not a graphic designer. If I'm on a fools errand, plz advise.

We've created renderings using a street or aerial photo as the base, then using GIMP (a graphic editing program) to draw stuff on top of it.

If you wanted to try photoshopping, it wouldn’t be too difficult depending on the change.
