Out of interest, do you stick music on while you’re walking or use the time to otherwise mentally prepare? Only ask as I have my music playing when out walking but starting to wonder if it would be a better use of time without.

On my walk to studio I do a full meeting with the production team. It takes the whole walk.

Normally on other walks i do phone meets. If not audio book

Thank you for the reply. Think I may switch from my music to something else too. Been feeling a bit like Groundhog Day recently and feels like I could fill my ears with something more worthwhile. Btw. You do a lot of steps 😱 thought I was doing well averaging 12k

Most women get NI contribution for time spent at home with children but not oldies like me. Why was the cliff edge for this set so as to exclude us? It would have made a difference for me. I don't desperately need it but many older women do.

@itvmlshow.bsky.social I was made redundant this financial year from the public sector. I wanted to make a lump sum payment into my pension from my severance. However, I was denied by the pension provider as it was deemed to be recycling tax free cash. Can you please advise if this is correct?
