Huge majority of voters r ignorant. The fault is spread all around w/dem pols having large roles. But it is the pols’ crucial role to form stories for voters, ignorant or not, w/in wh/voters see th/s as having a role. That’s what r-wing media did for GOPs and gave their voters political identity.

People like to see themselves in stories. Today’s Dem leaders have no vision the way FDR LBJ did. That’s why Dems don’t tell stories in which voters see th/s. And why swing/mods/indies rnt able to place th/s w/in the party. Top Dems d/n c voters in their political vision as Bernie/AOC do.
