i think this is kind of a universal effect in creative work, that the stuff you put the least effort into will often get massive attention but the stuff you put your heart and soul into will get lukewarm reception. it's happened to a lot of people i know (me included)

there's kind of a lesson in it imo, to either:
1) not get too attached to one idea
or 2) focus on making stuff for the joy of making it rather than measuring your success in how other people perceive it

This wasn't really meant to be a serious post but yeah... I don't actually care if things I put the least effort into get more attention, I'm happy knowing that people like what I share, big or small

While I obviously would prefer if things I put a lot of effort into got more attention, if they get it or not it ultimately is what it is
With how much I draw, to me it doesn't matter all that much
