These are Eqaiwujie forms!! They seem to be available on eBay and Amazon :> these are the Z cups (they're cotton filled, don't believe they have silicone filled Z cups). The Z cups are not to be confused with my Roanyer Z+ cups which are even bigger/the ones I typically use!
