Curious. What is lacking? From my experiences growing up as a woman all of my procedures from birth control, miscarriages, births of my children and my tubal ligation were covered. But I have been relatively healthy.
My partner just had hysteroscopy and because itβs very painful, anesthesia is required. Insurance did not cover anesthesia. Itβs a common procedure for women too. Excellus is the carrier.
Iβm sorry. Thatβs unfortunate. I have 4 children, the insurance did cover everything. But they also do try to push mothers out of the hospital quickly.
Things have changed a lot over the decades. A lot of insurance companies used to cover abortion, or at least partially cover. I donβt know if any do now. Birth control isnβt always covered either. Maybe the pill, but others are much more difficult to get. Thank goodness for Planned Parenthood.
Yupβ¦this interaction is how every damn interaction should go when anyone talks about abortion. βOh itβs murder, itβs a lifeβ yeah mind your own damn business.
