I had a bad experience. Wix is nice if you can just accept its templates. I knew what I wanted and tweaked things a bit to get closer to that, so it became a nightmare to manage.
I also used Wix to create my website, and it worked really well for me. Their templates are great! That said, depending on how much functionality or detail you want, it can be time-consuming. I worked on mine during my sabbatical.😉 Here’s mine in case you wonder: https://jihyunahn.wixsite.com/home
I’m not at all tech savvy and it was not too difficult! And although there have been updates so far I’ve been able to figure out how to keep the site up to date!
