I would like to know why my very expensive, over-powered, all singing and all-dancing "smart" phone can't come close to matching the calendar and contact list functions that I had thirty years ago with a Palm Pilot.

Interesting. I am forever looking for a calendar / to do list combo that I have not yet found on any of my phones.
