Here in Michigan we approved a ballot prop in 2022. In 2023 our dem controlled legislator and governor signed it into law. I hope our neighbors south of us also have that happen.

I left Michigan in 2011 at the start of the Rick Michigan Era when it looked like Ohio and Michigan were in the same boat. But the way that Michigan successfully broke free in 2018 has made me decide to move back as soon as possible.

I worked for the state and took an early retirment at end of 2010, as I could see big changes coming for workers and they did. Electing Whitmer, Bensen and Nessel in 2018 along with the redstricting ballot prop really changed things.
