If the mechanic broke half his tools trying to fix your car, I'm not too sure of his competence. It might not have been a bad thing that the shop owner fired his @$$.

Yes, it's a shame professional footballers can't handle...checks notes...running. Look, he's not blameless, but my larger point is there's no manager on earth that can compete in 4 comps with such a thin squad. We are in the heart of a rebuild. Why start over again with a new gaffer?

He’s played a part in damaging the tools by overuse. If you get ten injuries you can’t expect to be able To sign five new players who when everyone is back fit aren’t good enough.

If the mechanic had spoilt the engine of the first 3 cars ( defeats in the carabo,EL and FA at the first round) meaning he has reasonable fresher tools to use, the owner of the shop and his shareholders( fans in this case) would have been apoplectic with rage .

Maybe while his good tools are at the repair shop having a rest he could use some of the tools at the bottom of his bag. They’re new and unused but at least if he used those he could give his regular, better quality tools chance to recover

What if he used the tools incorrectly? What if he used the tools excessively, when other tools could have worked to allow him to extend the shelf life of the better tools?

What if he didn't have enough tools to start with because the owner pinches pennies and won't give him decent tools to use, so he couldn't rotate tools and the tools he did have were overworked? We disagree. Let's leave it at that. Just remember what changing managers has gotten us. Nothing.

Can the owner of the shop AND the mechanic both be wrong for the client? I don't know many Spurs supporters who think Levy isn't a major problem for Spurs. But, I think you can view things that way while also seeing that Ange is not the right person to overcome that adversity.
