basically it’s a wholesome GL between a model student and a delinquent, but behind the rom-com vibe there’s more to it. proving that school-life genre is not to be taken lightly.

in the end i think the carefully crafted characters have their charms. they’re relatable to readers. and while not everyone has experienced having a romantic crush, we all know how it feels to love.

“Please live a happy life” is all we ask for sometimes.

i also appreciate the support characters (a closeted transfem and my fav mean-looking girl…), the vivid portrayal of Thai school life (i believe this will resonate with SEA oomfs 🤝), the too-perfect comedic timing and here, the animation respects the original art styles in the manga.
