I agree with most of this, but I will say that I'm using the expression "Trump's Tariffs" often. First, it's alliterative and short. Second, it ties the tariffs to him directly. Yes, it does give him the attention he craves, but it also ties him to a policy that will fail.
I've got to admit I'm guilty of name calling. But when you disparage him without a name, everyone knows who you're talking about. I've noticed some posters calling for violence. I think they're stirring the pot. Protesting in numbers is a good thing. It's worked for decades .
