I believe it’s time for pro-democracy individuals to talk with family members/friends in law enforcement/the military about the oaths they took & the rule of law. They must be assured we will have their backs when they obey the oath they took, and not an illegal order.

It is definitely true. Even today, military members are held to the same standard. There was a time when commanders would be held accountable for illegal orders. Now that the Supreme Court has made Trump immune, he can give all the illegal orders he wants and then pardon those down the line.
