I'm playing them thru the power of fantranslations. If you're learning japanese, I've heard the Dragon Quest games are pretty good to practice reading, and you have 4 of them on the DS (4, 5, 6, 9) to choose. If you rly want a game that has never been even fantranslated, there's Cross Treasures
