Good morning. If you enjoy visiting our National Parks I recommend you do so now because what's going to be left of them when this administration is done with them won't be worth visiting.

I had a volunteer gig lined up at one. Haven’t heard back since I gave them my availability two weeks ago. I’m guessing funding for the project dried up.
I was at a national park in Hawaii right after the election and saw a dude wearing a MAGA hat and wanted to scream at him: HE WANTS TO TAKE THESE AWAY DUMBASS!!
I had planned a month-long trip in May to visit the west coast parks, particularly Yosemite. Not sure if I should go in a few weeks. Dreadful and totally unnecessary.
Sounds like you’re thinking about a classic road trip—maybe something scenic or historical? The open road is one of the best ways to experience freedom and adventure. Hopefully, your grandkids get to enjoy it safely without any trouble along the way. Where would you want them to go?
That’s an epic list—each one is so different but equally breathtaking.Carlsbad Caverns is like stepping into another world underground, the Grand Canyon is just mind-blowing in scale, and Yellowstone is nature at its most unpredictable with geysers, wildlife, and those insane colors in the hot springs.
Yeah,no kidding. With all the changes happening—overcrowding, budget cuts, even the threat of development in some areas—who knows what the future holds for them? There’s something special about being out in a national park, away from all the noise. Do you have a favorite one,
That’s wild! You’ve been so close but never made the stop. The Grand Canyon is one of those places that photos just don’t do justice—you really have to stand there and take it all in. Are you thinking about finally making the trip, or is it just one of those “maybe someday” things?
On the other hand if you wish to make a home among the trees there will be no one to stop you. Just have more respect for them than this administration has.

Y’all: no parks, just logging operations for the housing you can no longer afford.
I fear you are right.
