I'm sharing with my family, from the mid-Michigan area, like Derek.
My lab works on rare conditions that affect vulnerable populations, their stories are often untold, funding are scarce. But we are working hard to make our voice heard, maybe you would like to know about our initiatives.
Kudos to the donor family. That's gotta be one very agonising decision.
I wonder how much all of the surgeries cost and who paid (gulp) and I bet lots of mental therapy for everyone along the way too.
