Today's vintage teapot was made by Red Wing Pottery in MN. The shape is called "Concord", and the reddish-purple color is called "Mulberry". I prefer 30s & 40s shapes but found this sleek, MCM, Aladdin-shaped pot very appealing. Most Concord teapots have a decorated lid, but I prefer solid colors.
