Eh. Boring. Sort of taste like dull bread. Think more grease is probably necessary, and perhaps salting them in the fryer at the same time as the cooking spray is added, so it sticks? Been my experience that some Latino cooking *is* just what I consider boring. Maybe their "comfort foods".
