I'm a fan of Norman Lindsay's cheerfully shameless art, which led me to watch the 1994 movie Sirens, in which Lindsay (Sam Neill) is a character. An Anglican priest (Hugh Grant) and his wife (Tara Fitzgerald) visit Lindsay to try to persuade him to remove a blasphemous painting from an exhibition.

Have you seen “Where the Heart Is”
(John Boorman film, 1990: Dabney Coleman, Uma Thurman, Cristopher Plummer, Crispin Glover, Suzi Amis, Joanna Cassidy)
It’s sort of a rewrite of King Lear, and very much its own thing as well.

I'm sick of seeing Hollywood movies about hit men.

Also there are beautiful naked people, including Elle McPherson and Portia de Rossi.
