I'm assuming they are all having habeas petitions filed as we speak? Obviously less than 24 hours is insane. Why hasn't there been some sort of court ruling such as requiring 72 hour window before the deportations take place. I'm not too familiar with court system but "just trust us" seems insane
Like the idea that the court wouldn't require the government to detail out its process before deciding whether to issue a TRO or not seems like collaboration on a criminal level. Our court system is really shit.
