Still “make me” is an invitation I don’t want to offer; bullies and abusers see it as permission. If it’s meant as a threat it has none of the teeth “Fuck around and find out” has.
My bullies & abusers didn’t need an invite either but they also wouldn’t’ve responded to “make me” with anything but “ok.”
Heck, something along your last line is better than “Make me.”
