Bother the house/senate Republicans who have given up their duties in service to Trump. Annoying Democrats with things they already know and vote for isn't prudent use of your or their time.
Go to a local office if you can't get to DC.
Right now most are home in their districts so this is the best time to visit in-state offices!!!
Take friends with you.
Take signs.
Invite local press.
Take phone video and post it to social media.

However, faxes & emails are easy to ignore.
Calls get noticed. Calls use staff time. Calls inconvenience them. The switchboard being swamped affects all of Congress.
