Actually, just kidding--RUI has been changed from a separate solicitation to a proposal type listed in the PAPPG (https://new.nsf.gov/policies/pappg/24-1/ch-2-proposal-preparation#ch2F14). This is something program staff had been forecasting for quite a while.

Let me retract this again: the update in the PAPPG only covers RUI supplements (aka ROAs). Still, what I have heard is that the RUI solicitation is getting reposted. Similarly, LEAPS-MPS was taken down recently and went back up within the last week.
