Man. I am never using Shipt with Best Buy again. Item never arrived and an auto-return was initiated on Dec 3rd and I _STILL_ don't have my refund even though it's been promised several times by Best Buy. If I don't get it after this 3 day wait I'm going to call and go full Karen on them.
