If, in the US, a person cannot be forced to incriminate themselves, how is it POSSIBLE, then, that a woman, pregnant for less than 16 wks (when most still don't show) can be held criminally liable for an abortion if, in fact, she did not or does not self-report, essentially, incriminating herself?
