Yeah, she wasn't great at all. Influential, yes. But she was incredibly self-serving. I'll use her and Louella to frame how gossip columns became mainstream in the movie era.

I learned so much while reading about the early Hollywood founders during the pandemic and enough to know that I don't like Hedda.

Yep, she was a real piece of work. She made money off the very people she reviled. It's a shame she got so far. Ugh.
