Yeah that’s the feeling these days. I’ve been trying to get lost in books more. Keeps me off my phone and it lets me leave the world for a bit. But yeah, sending strength.

Since Friday I’ve felt this sort of weight on my chest, from the fear of what could happen. Sometimes I just lie in bed groaning from anxiety. But I saw my psychiatrist today and he’s aware of how bad things are and didn’t think I was any more anxious than I should be.
