My suggestion for changing coverage of Trump is to not cover him. Don’t write his name, just refer to him as POTUS. Stop covering every thing he says (especially inconsequential stuff). Take the spotlight away. And when he does stuff focus on the damage he does.

Yes. and one change I'd love to see: stop running photo of him with every story. Esp when it's not news photo - most aren't - but file photo, him in a suit and posing somewhere. Chances are he's sitting at the TV wearing who knows what. Main thing is that face has been burned into us far too much.
