The tiny habits approach is working!
For the past two weeks, I've averaged about 2 pages/500 words per day.
I connect my first sip of coffee to writing 100 words.
To inject a burst of dopamine, I pump my fist when:
1) I start writing
2) at 100 words
3) at 250 words
4) at every multiple of 250
