Were there any anime series or movies you watched before you heard the term anime? I think I had heard the term by the time the Pokemon show was airing here, but I had watched Dogtanian, Mysterious Cities of Gold and New Adventures of Gigantor before then.
Wait, why am I the Turok guy? It was one Turok game and it was a gameboy color spin off of an n64 multiplayer only game. Save the term Turok guy for the guy who named his child Turok, or maybe the child of the guy who named his child Turok, Turok.
