I can tell you that this is spot on. When I went out to conventions dressed up as Phi, a few girls recognized the character as your mascot. One of them literally fangirled over me. Ha ha. :P

One time I ran into a little boy and he was scared of me (he might've been three, he was still in a carriage). I did all the things I could, I kneeled down to his level, taking off my mask to show that it's a costume and explained that I'm not going to hurt him.
