You believe that if actors aren't sharing EVERYTHING about the strike that they're hiding things. You believe that if actors are angry at someone, it must be bullying.
It is workers and artists seeing a genuine threat to the stability of their industry.
It is not "drama" the same way that people marching in the streets for their rights is not "drama"
I'd beg you to examine why you view it that way, should you still want to.
