Sounds delicious. I was inspired by your post and tried my new garlic parm seasoning. I don’t know that I’ll be going back to plain grilled cheese except when pressed for time. In college we would put a hamburger patty in the middle, I'm thinking that and the garlic toast will be quite tasty.
In this case I would classify it more as a grilled cheese burger as the grilled cheese was made, then after cooking it was opened up and a patty inserted. So it would then be a garlic toasted grilled cheese burger as opposed to a cheeseburger on a garlic toasted bread.
