For my favorite Creami concoction I mix a packet of Pistachio and a packet of Cheesecake pudding mix (sugar free jello) together and add enough milk to fill 2 pints.
let's say i have a pint of sour homemade yogurt. what kind of sugar to yogurt ratio would you think, maybe a cup? and then how much let's say peaches... a further cup? 2? vitamix -> kitchenaid? maybe refreeze at the end?
