This time, Kovacevich has opted to take the tact of "loyal Democrat pursuing the center position because of loyalty to party". Maybe it is convincing some people, but it hasn't convinced us.

Not only did Kovacevich work for Google for years, helping them reach out to right wing think tanks in order to stave off antitrust enforcement. He's a Jim Jordan donor.

We are unsure how he wrestles with that dilemma. Perhaps its just something unique to the Silicon Valley weight class. It can be hard to pin a contradiction like that, but this takedown wouldn't be complete without a mention of it.

He is also a longtime friend of Tom Cotton, not only supporting him (and hitting the campaign trail with him) but praising Cotton's ideology, saying that Cotton is "interested in advancing a vision of the country’s future and the appropriate role government should play"
