As someone with an egg allegy who has been using flax eggs for years, a small heads up: suddenly adding a lot of flax to your diet WILL change the way you poop. It's extremely high in fiber, which many people don't get enough of.

That’s the tricky part, the same egg substitute won’t work in every recipe. It depends on the function of the egg in a given recipe.

Soy allergies aren't that uncommon for tofu, and I'm personally allergic to bananas and apples.

chickpea brine is my fave! you can use any bean-water, even if you cook your beans from dried! just drain the water off and reduce it til it's a little thicker.
