At least that's somewhat manageable. My ex was 5'11 with a 37" inseam. Finding pants for her was impossible.

You need a tailor making your clothes to order. They measure all the pertinent bits, then make something that fits you perfectly.

I have a few pairs from American Eagle, 6/8 tall! I have one pair from SHEIN that is labeled tall from a thrift store. It's my favorite pair because they actually go past my ankles
