Also it is not about fear of NPPs. Germany had major issues finding a safe storage for the waste. A former salt mine was leaky which resulted in a very expensive relocation which is also only temporary. This combined with Fukushima made NP very unpopular so conservatives decided the final exit.

Just yesterday EnBW declared that the deconstruction is irreversible and building new plants would take a decade at best. And once again, I am not anti-nuclear so you don't have to convince me with your agenda. But it wont happen for Germany

Everything that is needed for restarting 12GW in 8 years can be recreated. For a fraction of the costs of new plants.

So you just straight up ignore the technical and legal reasons why it's not going to happen? Also, I am not against NP, in fact I already stated it would have been the superior choice over coal years ago. But at this point in time it's too late and expensive to rebuild.

There are no technical or safety reasons for closing them.
We will have to see how much damage has been done to the closed reactors, but if the nuclear island is ok, it should be easy & chap, eg in 1-2 years to bring them back.
A new will be 10y to build but also 3,6GW. Adding them to 60% RE mean
