so we probably need to rewrite the entire constitution once this is over, because the founding fathers never thought of a guy who would just ignore the supreme court. seems like a sorta obvious loophole now that i think about it.

They did think about this, and the vector of enforcement was supposed to be impeachment. By ignoring laws, the president is usurping congress's power too. So surely they would be Big Mad, right?
