Here's a slightly tweaked design for Wolf:

He's now got a scabbard harness! He won't actually have the sword or scabbard on him in combat, but the harness stays since it's a nice analogue to having a belt without actually being a belt.

How does his electric abilities work? Is it just “he has electric attacks” or is there something special and unique about it?

Also you keep talking about Cad like he’s a separate character from wolf

Wolf's electric abilities are grounded in the same magic system that Candrin's fire spells are, in that they both use a bit of hemomancy/blood magic to sacrifice a bit of lifeforce as a magical catalyst. It's not the only way to use magic in this world, but it's quick and dirty and gets the job done

As for the two of them as separate characters, at some point they were one whole person, but a catastrophically traumatic series of events led them to split apart. Wolf is conscious while Candrin is in control of the human form, but Cad goes unconscious when Wolf controls the lycan form.

Both of them started out very similar, but differences in how the curse affects them and their lived experiences (Wolf being a passenger in his own body, Cad having lapses in consciousness where he wakes up half naked) led them to become very different people

And one more thing. If they were to be put in a fighting game, would they be entirely separate characters in the roster or a form change you can activate during a match?

Standard lycanthropy rules, where a full moon is the only trigger outside of their control. As much as Wolf hates it, both he and Cad have to agree to transform--though, as of the start of the story, danger seems to find them more often and Wolf gets more time in the sun, so to speak

not really, I haven't bothered making turnarounds for any of my characters since that tends to be pretty tedious (though I really should)

one thing I'll mention here is that Wolf almost discards the scabbard/sword when he fights, since they're just a leftover from Candrin. He doesn't need them, and he doesn't feel super comfortable using Cad's silvered sword when his magically-enhanced claws are equally effective without risk to him
