Not necessarily conflict, but all of his judgements are based upon what people did in their lives, including the ethic of the kingdom of God. That has to be lived in the life we have now, and we will be judged on it.
That doesn't imply the kingdom is physical. Jesus is regining from God's throne, but as the end times has not yet come, every single member of the Church (Catholic, Orthodox, Lutheran, etc.) is a part of God's kingdom. Therefore, they are judged accordigly.
That's an argument from silence, which is fallacious reasoning.
Additionally, the church did not truly start until after Jesus' ressurection.
I'm not too sure if that's the official teaching (I was reborn last summer.) But its the answer im best prepared to give.
I appreciate your sharing your experience, but there is an ethic that Jesus taught, and Matt. 25 sums it up. Jesus was a teacher before he went to the cross. We can’t just focus on salvation and deny his teachings, which were how to live the kingdom life in a broken world.
But you just made an argument from nothing when you said Jesus was talking about something that’s just not in there. Where did you get that idea? You have to read the words he says, not what you think he says.

I don't see why it conflicts with Jesus saying his kingdom is not of this world.
