Surely, when Americans listened to Trump on the campaign trail they heard his plans and realised voting republican would not protect their jobs? He told them exactly what he planned.

I watched sky news UK late one night as he was signing multiple EOs and simultaneously held a press conf. He signed off misery for 000s without flinching. A very frightening spectacle. I can see why he is sacking so many govt employees, he doesn't need them. He decides everything and signs an EO.
