Just about to start the last circuit for my Monday training. I bumped dips to 13. If I’m able to finish out this last set of 8 pull-ups I’ll be increasing the reps by 1

8 pull-ups
25 one armed kettlebell walking lunges/arm
13 slow dips
6 LSit swings
