I have no clue what older people have, but I already find it difficult to bear. I feel like I need to put effort and force myself through absolutely normal things and still, I need to follow 3 times more different rules jusrt to keep myself functional enough. Do you have any coping advice?

I try to pay attention to mind, body, and soul (not easy when under acute pressure).
Making space for what makes me feel fully alive (art and nature) while minimising exposure to toxicity, helps me to survive and thrive.
Illustrating was a source of great satisfaction, it gave me a focus and drew on capabilities which were unaffected by my health conditions.
Sometimes a change can be as good as a rest.
Novelty keeps the fun alive for me!
I should really play video games more often and sometimes touch an actual human being I guess
It so easily gets squeezed out of life when there is serious stuff going on.
We have to make space for it and feel shameless about having it!
