Spiro is a potassium-sparring diuretic. You need to reduce your potassium intake or it causes a lot of stomach issues. It's considered a 'water pill', so you'll need to drink more water and you'll pee more often. As your prostate gets smaller, you'll also have more trouble keeping it in.
