Oh, yes, I've been using that, too; thanks for the reminder in the timeline. It seems like I have to roll a Critical Hit to actually talk to a staffer rather than a voicemail, but who knows how effective it is on our Reps. I'm just shoving things into the Algorithm and hoping something chokes on it.
