A temp that low is not fit for human habitation and has got to be illegal. I don't understand why you can't have a space heater in your apartment. This is not safe.

It's ok now that the plastic has been replaced on the windows. It's a toasty 69 degrees in here. I'm wearing a sweat suit. Jesse and I are warm enough.

Thankfully, you are warmer now. But it seems you should be allowed to protect yourself if it should happen again (i.e. have a space heater available). A temp that low has got to break rules/codes. Glad you're warmer now. 🌴

A lot of people have small ones in their apartments here. I might ask my Case Manager to look into obtaining one for me. If not, it's going to be a chilly Winter for us.
